Post-graduate degree in Civil Law from the Universidade Estácio de Sá – UNESA, in 1994, and also in Civil and Constitutional Law at CEPED-UERJ, in 2006. Participated in extension courses and training in France (Paris II - Paris-Assas, “Droit des Affaires”, January - March, 1995); in England (London Guildhall University, London, “Fundamentals of English Law”, July-August, 1997) and in the United States (Harvard Law School, Cambridge, "Program of Instruction for Lawyers” – June, 2000). Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Section.
